In a groundbreaking move that merges technology and education, the U.S. College Board has announced a strategic partnership with popular social media platforms TikTok and Facebook to provide students with easy access to their SAT scores. This initiative aims to enhance convenience and accessibility for students receiving their standardized test results, while also capitalizing on the platforms’ widespread popularity among the younger generation.
The U.S. College Board, responsible for conducting the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT), revealed that starting this academic year, students who take the SAT will have the option to link their College Board account with their TikTok and Facebook profiles. Once the accounts are linked and the scores are released, students will receive a notification on their respective social media platforms, informing them that their scores are available.

This collaborative effort comes in response to the evolving ways in which students prefer to receive and interact with information. With a significant portion of today’s youth relying on social media for communication and updates, this partnership is expected to streamline the process of sharing SAT scores.
