This has left people wondering whether this billionaire entrepreneur is indeed thinking about working for Trump or if it was merely an exaggerated and childish exchange.
Former President stated in his recent interviews that Musk might be one of his potential cabinet members if he wins the election 2024. Trump commended him for his creativity on business during their conversation and also stated that he could assist in areas like technology related government jobs and economic growth as well.
Minutes later after the interview Musk tweeted (under the name X) a self-portrait rendered by a machine algorithm that showed him seated behind a desk with American flags around while some presidential symbols stood near him. The picture had a simple statement: “Willing to serve”.
